Legal Minx Accessories is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990. Currency Minx Accessories operates in Nigerian Naira and Euros. Where applicable, payments made in other currencies will be converted at current rates and are valid for the length of the transaction. Methods of Payment Cash payments are accepted where authorized Minx Accessories representatives are present. Bank deposits are accepted in Naira (Nigeria) or Euros. Please contact me for details. With Paypal, payments can be made online or per e-mail using major credit cards, bank transfers or a Paypal account balance. You do not need to open a paypal account if you don't have one.Payments are handled by PayPal's secure WEB servers and any credit card or bank account information used for the transaction is kept private by PayPal and not supplied to me. A confirmation e-mail/receipt containing transaction details will be sent immediately after payment process. In the event that no e-mail is received, please contact me: maxi@minx-accessories.com Postage/ Shipping Signature Collection: These pieces are custom-made after order. Please allow several days for production while I keep you informed on the progress of your order. Please contact me beforehand if you'd like an express service. Postage is free on all Signature collection purchases. Signature pieces will be sent as registered post and have to be signed for. ** JewelryBox Collection: Purchases will be posted within two (2) working days after receipt of payment. Cost of shipping: Earrings and Bracelets - €1.45 each Optional - Registered post with tracking number: €2.05 JewelryBox pieces should be ordered with 'registered post' option if destination has unstable service. Minx Accessories accepts no responsibility for JewelryBox items lost in transit. ** Minx Accessories uses Deutsche Post/DHL as a preferred means of postage and ships to all Deutsche Post accessible locations. It is customer's responsibility to check beforehand if jewelry imports are allowed in their country. Approx. waiting period after postage: Germany: 1-2 days Europe: 2-4 days Non-EU: 7-14 days Sales Tax All Naira prices are inclusive of sales tax. Packaging Each jewelry purchase comes in individual packaging. Signature pieces come in gift boxes and JewelryBox pieces come in pouches. On request and for a small sum, JewelryBox pieces can be packaged in gift boxes as a ready present to a loved one. Free Repairs & Adjustments** - All jewelry pieces are double-checked for quality and carefully packaged for transit. In any case that a piece doesn't sit well on the customer or shows some fault, it will be repaired or adjusted for free. - Older original Mx jewelry pieces which are damaged due to wear and tear could also be repaired for free. In the event that the particular beads or findings are no longer available, Minx Accessories will offer other bead choices. This may incur a small fee. - Other adjustments, for instance, in length or size, can be made to Signature pieces at no cost. Please inform me before sending the jewelry pieces and please send all jewelry by registered post. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Exchanges & Refunds* - Signature pieces are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable. - Exchanges of the same jewelry pieces are granted in cases of error, e.g. of colour, made by Minx Accessories. - Exchanges to different pieces may be granted on request. Cost differences incurred during such exchanges are to be paid by customer. - Pieces must be returned within 10 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, to be eligible for exchanges. - All shipping costs incurred by customer are non-refundable. Production Numbers - Unless otherwise stated, Minx Accessories only makes limited numbers of each JewelryBox piece. Signature pieces are only made on request. - Re-orders are possible from older collections, depending on availability of materials. - Bulk orders of certain pieces may also be produced on request.
